One of three US sanctioned Arc7 LNG carriers originally contracted for Russian business has not left the South Korean shipyard where it is being built, despite tracking data showing the vessel is in Vietnam.
A spokesman for Hanwha Ocean said the 172,600-cbm Arc 7 newbuilding Zhores Alferov has been under the control of Hanwha Ocean.
