Golar LNG wants to double the operating capacity of its floating LNG unit fleet by the end of this decade.
Chief executive Karl Fredrik Staubo outlined plans to grow the fleet from two to four units.
This would boost its LNG production capacity from an existing 5m tonnes per annum to more than 12 mtpa by 2030.
