A Turkish general cargo ship has been banned in Europe after breaching the conditions of its release from a port state control detention.
The Paris MOU said the 8,400-dwt Hayriye Ana (built 2009) was held in the Italian port of Augusta in May.
The Equasis website listed 36 deficiencies found by inspectors.
