Norwegian conglomerate Hesnes Holding logged a reduced profit last year but saw the silver lining in its performance.
The board considers the result “satisfactory”, taking into account “the challenging market situation of the group’s core businesses within shipping”.
Hesnes logged a pre-tax profit of NOK 39m ($4.9m), compared with a NOK 63m profit in 2015. Revenue dropped to NOK 273m from NOK 284m.
