Norway’s Solstad Maritime has drawn on its long experience in Brazil to land three big new charter deals.

The contracts with oil major Petrobras were announced by Oslo-listed Solstad Offshore, which has 31.6% of the shipowner after last year’s refinancing and fleet split led by tycoon Kjell Inge Rokke.

The contracts are slated to start in the second half of 2024 and the first six months of 2025.
