Shipping group Swire Pacific has agreed to sell a significant slice of Copenhagen-based offshore wind shipping giant Cadeler to institutional investors.

Cadeler, the world’s largest owner of wind turbine installation vessels (WTIVs), said the shareholder will offload stock worth NOK 790m ($75m).
