Croatia’s financial watchdog has given the green light to shipowner Tankerska Plovidba to take 100% control of its new subsidiary.
The Zagreb-listed tanker and bulker company took a 64.51% stake in its domestic dry cargo rival Atlantska Plovidba earlier this year.
At the beginning of May, the Zadar-based company launched a tender to buy the rest of the stock it did not own.
