Subsea7 has bolstered its offshore fleet in a pricey deal, according to brokers.

Sources said the Kristian Siem-backed contractor and shipowner acquired the 113-loa multipurpose platform supply vessel (MPSV) African Inspiration (built 2014) from Marine Platforms in Nigeria.
