Dubai-based Arise Shipping & Logistics has been bought out by its chief executive Captain Pappu Sastry as it targets expanded operations worldwide.
The company has been rebranded Adhira Shipping & Logistics, focusing on services to the mining sector.
Arise was established by Arise Ports & Logistics in 2022 under the leadership of Sastry.
