A queue of tankers waiting to load oil off Venezuela is growing as cargoes face delays.
Shipping sources told Reuters that vessels have arrived to load crude and products, but state oil company PDVSA is struggling to make stems available on time.
PDVSA has been trying to increase shipments this month after terminal outages hit loadings in January.
