Croatian owner Tankerska Plovidba has big plans for takeover target Atlantska Plovidba.
Tankerska is offering €68.3m ($75m) for the 60.9% of the bulker company it does not own.
Atlantska managers are backing the deal, saying in a stock exchange filing that they agree with the strategic plans explained by Tankerska.
