BW Group-backed offshore wind vessel owner Cadeler is beefing up its board after the $1.2bn merger with Eneti.
The Oslo-listed owner said former Eneti chief executive Emanuele Lauro has been proposed as vice chairman, with Eneti director James Nish also up for election at a meeting on 20 February.
