French shipowner Louis Dreyfus Armateurs has struck a deal with China’s Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group for three ro-ro newbuildings.
According to Chinese news agencies, they were ordered through LDA subsidiary LD Seaplane.
The capacity of the vessels has not been disclosed but they will be larger than the company’s existing ro-ros.
