Anders Ostergaard has taken sole ownership of the Monjasa Group after buying out partner Jan Jacobsen.
Jacobsen says his decision to exit comes after a Danish court ruling last year relating to oil quantity discrepancies towards an Asian customer dating back to 2010, the outcome of which he continues to contest.
“I believe this is the most responsible consideration towards Monjasa and its many global business partners.
