India’s Great Eastern Shipping is beefing up and modernising its operational fleet with a new long-term tanker charter.
Brokers reported the country’s biggest private shipowner has brought in the 50,000-dwt Rich Rainbow (built 2021), owned by Fuyo Kaiun of Japan.
The vessel is five years younger than its newest owned tanker.
