Denmark’s Norden is reported to have achieved a “firm” price for two South Korean-built MR tankers.
European brokers said the 50,000-dwt James Cook and Nord Steady (both built 2013) have gone to Indian and Greek buyers for a price ranging from $34m to $34.7m each.
They have been owned by Norden since delivery from STX Offshore.
