Danish fuel and tanker group Monjasa is ready to supply South America with biofuels.
But the company is awaiting a broader pick-up in the use of the lower-carbon bunker blends following plenty of vessel trials.
Monjasa said it now has in place the region’s largest ISCC-certified marine biofuels option, with between 5,000 and 7,000 tonnes available monthly in Cartagena, Colombia.
