Wilson Sons’ pork exports go hog wild at Rio Grande terminal due to new Asia route

Wilson Sons’ relatively new shipping route to Asia has made the Brazil-based terminal operator happier than a pig in slop.

The NeoSamba shipping line, which has provided a direct container ship service to Asia since April, has caused pork exports from Wilson Sons’ Rio Grande Central Terminal in Rio Grande do Sul to jump 57% year-over-year from January to the end of July, Wilson said.
