German shipowner Peter Dohle Schiffahrts is being named as the buyer of an 11-year-old capesize bulk carrier in what has proved an active sale-and-purchase market for the large bulker segment to date this year.
Brokers said Dohle has bought the 175,800-dwt scrubber-fitted Mount Apo (ex-Cape Seagull, built 2012) from Idan Ofer-controlled Eastern Pacific Shipping.
