A handysize container ship has been evacuated after developing a list outside the Port of Kaohsiung in Taiwan.

According to the Taiwan News, the 1,262-teu Angel (built 2003) was anchored 2.8 nautical miles (5.2 km) outside the port when it went into a list after taking on water.
