Idan Ofer-associated Dutch owner Ace Tankers has expanded its chemical carrier operations again in a deal for the Stream Tankers fleet.
The company has bought four modern J19 vessels from the Utkilen-controlled Norwegian player.
The eco stainless steel ships were built in Japan for $32m each and market sources have reported sale prices of between $33m and $34m each, or up to $136m.
