Early discussions are underway on the the type of LNG carrier that will be required to lift cargoes produced by the under-construction third liquefaction train for the BP-led Tangguh LNG project in Indonesia.
Sources in Southeast Asia say representatives from LNG shipowning companies have been visiting project officials in Jakarta in advance of the expected issue of a tender for ships, possibly before the end of this year.
