Pertamina International Shipping (PIS), the maritime logistics arm of the Indonesian state-owned oil major Pertamina, is joining forces with energy trader BGN to form a joint-venture gas shipping company.
The deal with BGN International DMCC, the Dubai-based international trading arm of the Istanbul-based energy giant was one of two major shipping collaborations that PIS lined up at the end of 2022 and made public over the past weekend.
