Integr8 Fuels has been given a week to convince a US federal judge not to block its multi-year, worldwide efforts to drag a shipowner into arbitration over an unpaid fuel bill.
According to court papers, the Navig8-linked bunker provider was ordered by US district judge Jed Rakoff to show cause by 15 December as to why it should not be temporarily barred from arbitrating its claims against Amelia Maritime Group.
