Norway’s Standard Supply has taken advantage of good demand for period charters to fix out two platform supply vessels.
Terms are for between a year and 14 months at rate levels above the current North Sea spot market.
Oslo-listed Standard Supply said the 3,500-dwt FS Kristiansand (built 2005) has been chartered out at £12,995 ($14,900) per day over a year in direct continuation of its present UK deal.
