Norwegian shipping asset manager Ness Risan & Partners (NRP) has found a buyer for its investment management company, NRP Procurator.
The company said the division and its 41 experienced staff members will be merged into Oslo-based accountancy operation View Ledger.
The move strengthens advisory and system delivery for investment companies, funds and shipowners, NPR added.
