American Shipping has cut another deal with Keystone Shipping for one of its Jones Act tankers.
The Oslo-listed shipowner on Friday said Keystone was taking a third of its ships on bareboat charter for three years beginning in December, backed by a charter Keystone has with a US fuel distributor.
The charter adds $31.3m
