Finland’s Helsinki Shipyard has avoided bankruptcy action by a supplier after settling a disputed debt.
Papers were filed at Helsinki district court by local supplier Merima, which makes ship interiors.
But Helsinki Shipyard said it had been informed that the application was withdrawn following the settlement.
