Greece’s Cosmoship turns to China’s Wuchang Shipbuilding for container ship newbuildings

Greece’s Cosmoship Management is reinvesting profits from vessel sales in new container ships.

The Nick Savvas-led company is being named as the buyer that ordered up to four 1,100-teu feeder boxship newbuildings at China’s Wuchang Shipbuilding.

One of the shipyards under the control of China State Shipbuilding Corp (CSSC), Wuchang disclosed on Monday that it has struck a contract with a Greek owner for two firm 1,100-teu boxships.
