Fearnley Securities is “bullish” on tanker prospects with second-quarter earnings imminent.
While the quarter will be another weak one for VLCC owners, rates have been improving even there, the investment bank said.
“Moreover, on the product tanker side, we expect a solid quarter following strong spot market rates,” the company added.
