Gunvor is developing a green hydrogen import terminal in Rotterdam with industrial gases company Air Products.
Subsidiary Gunvor Petroleum Rotterdam has agreed to build the terminal in the Europoort area and expects it to provide green hydrogen by 2026, the partners said.
Green ammonia will be converted to hydrogen and distributed to markets within Europe, including the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.
