Small-scale LNG supplier Avenir LNG’s sixth newbuilding is starting a short time-charter with US-listed New Fortress Energy as the company lines up to unveil its next growth phase in the second half of 2022.
Announcing the delivery of the final newbuilding in its first series of six vessels, Avenir said the 20,000-cbm LNG supply and bunkering vessel Avenir Achievement will initially be employed on a six-month time-charter with New Fortress.
