Connecticut-based information technology provider Q88 has been acquired by shipping software firm Veson Nautical in what is being hailed as a “perfect complement” of expertise in the maritime sector.
Pricing of the transaction was not disclosed in a joint statement issued by the two companies today.
Rumours of a Q88 sale had been circulating as employees in the company’s Westport, Connecticut office reportedly were told the news last week.
