Maersk Tankers’ vessel optimisation spin-off ZeroNorth is calling for a new standard in shipping’s data reporting.
The company has been working as part of an industry group called Impact Today that has now produced a white paper on the issue.
Other contributors included shipowners such as Euronav, FedNav, UltraBulk, Maersk Tankers and Teekay Tankers, charterer Cargill and software company Q88.
