VLCC rates have continued their rally, driven by interest in the Atlantic basin.
Howe Robinson said another VLCC route climbed out of the red on Tuesday, with the spot rate for a tanker on the Galveston to Ningbo route posting a one-day gain of $9,473 on a time charter equivalent basis to $4,074 per day.
