AP Moller-Maersk board member Henriette Hallberg Thygesen is to take on a new role as chairperson of the company’s terminal division.
The change has been prompted by the decision of APM Terminals chief executive officer Morten Engelstoft to retire.
Engelstoft will step down as chief executive and Maersk board member on 30 June.
He will be succeeded as CEO at the terminal operator by the company’s current chief operating officer Keith Svendsen.
