John Fredriksen-backed bulker owner Golden Ocean Group has sold three panamax bulk carriers to Lomar Shipping.
The London-based Greek shipowner has agreed to pay $52m for the three China-built vessels, according to market sources with knowledge of the matter.
The deal comprises the 79,450-dwt vessels Golden Empress and Golden Endeavour (both built 2010) and Golden Enterprise (built 2011).
