China's Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding & Offshore (SWS) has hit back in a row with Pacific Radiance over a cancelled ship order.
A deal for two platform supply vessels (PSVs) was scrapped by the Singapore shipowner in November after it alleged the yard had failed to deliver the ships as specified under the contracts signed by its joint venture CA Offshore Investment (CAOI).
