Adam Polemis’ New Shipping has invited offers on a VLCC scrapping deal that could see a new price benchmark set for elderly tankers.
Brokers said the Greek company is now officially accepting bids for the 298,000-dwt New Inspiration (built 2002) in a fully gas-free condition.
The Liberia-flagged veteran is anchored in Khor Fakkan in the United Arab Emirates.
