Hong Kong’s Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) has revealed record revenue for the fourth quarter, in the first concrete indication of the astonishing boom in container shipping.
The Cosco Shipping Holdings-owned company will post profit figures later in the first quarter.
But in an update on Monday, its Hong Kong-listed parent, Overseas Orient (International) Limited (OOIL), said its vessels brought in turnover of $4.88bn,
