Commodities giant Bunge is suing a unit of rival Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) to secure security in a dispute over a bulker with a troublesome anchor.
The US commodities trader filed a lawsuit in the federal court for Delaware seeing $7.8m ahead of arbitration in London over costs incurred during a November 2018 voyage by the 56,700-dwt Orient Rise (built 2010).
