A ransomware attack that hit AP Moller-Maersk earlier today appears to have spread to its terminal operations.
APM Terminals, which runs container terminals out of Port Elizabeth in New Jersey, will not be open for the remainder of the day, according to a notice from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
The Port Authority had earlier issued a notice that inbound trucks will be experiencing delays as APM was "experiencing system issues."
