US-listed Eneti has confirmed it has offloaded its last bulkers as it filed a shelf registration for potential stock sales to fund its move into offshore wind vessels.
The former Scorpio Bulkers has registered to sell 131.87m shares from time to time in the US, it revealed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
At the closing price of $16.67
