Pangaea Logistics Solutions chairman and chief executive officer Ed Coll will be out of the office as a result of an undisclosed illness, the US bulker owner has reported.
Chief operating officer Mark Filanowski will serve as the New York-listed company's interim chief executive officer in Coll's absence.
"Ed Coll is not able to perform his duties due to a sudden non-Covid related illness and will be on medical leave," Pangaea wrote in a regulatory filing.
