Taiwan’s Franbo Lines has signed up for two 40,000-dwt bulker newbuildings at Shin Kurushima Dockyard.
A Franbo executive confirmed the handysize order, adding that the Japanese yard is slated to deliver the duo in the first half of 2023.
He added that the newbuildings are part of plans to expand and renew its fleet.
