Navig8 Group's investment company Navig8 Topco Holdings returned a loss in its fourth quarter as it took full ownership of a part-owned product tanker.
The Oslo-listed company said that in June the remaining 50% of D8 Product Tankers I, a former associate company, was acquired, bringing Navig8 Topco's stake to 100%.
D8 owns the 40,000-dwt MR vessel Miss Claudia (built 2006), which VesselsValue assesses as worth $9m.
