A Panama-flagged product tanker off Syria reportedly suffered an explosion on Tuesday, marking its second blast in a year.
A fire broke out aboard the 45,908-dwt Wisdom (built 1999) while at Latakia port, causing two minor casualties, according to security provider EOS Risk Group and the Jerusalem Post, which cited Syrian domestic media.
EOS said the fire was extinguished quickly and that the cause remained unknown at this time.
