London-listed James Fisher and Sons has offloaded a subsea vessel into India as it announced a switch in focus to energy transition businesses.
The shipowner, best known for its handysize product tankers, said the 103-loa Subtech Paladin (built 2008) has gone to offshore vessel owner Seamec for $17.3m.
