Clarksons Research believes offshore support vessels may have turned a corner after being hit harder than any other sector by Covid-19 demand destruction.
The UK company's data shows a rapid collapse in offshore demand last spring.
"This came just as demand for offshore drilling rigs and OSVs had been picking up, with demand growing at around 10% year-on-year by early 2020," analyst Calum Kennedy said.
