More problems are being reported on the pipeline that went down earlier this month, temporarily supercharging product tanker rates.
The 8,900-km Colonial Pipeline — which moves nearly half of US east coast gasoline demand from Houston to northern New Jersey — experienced "intermittent disruptions" on Tuesday that it said related to "hardening efforts that are ongoing and part of our restoration process".
